How to get to ZIB

With the car from northern direction:

Freeway - from direction Stettin/Prenzlau

• Driving on the freeway A 11 from direction Stettin/Prenzlau.
• At the triangle Schwanebeck you reach the Berlin ring a 10, direction Hamburg/Berlin.
• At the triangle Oranienburg on the freeway A 111, direction Berlin.
• Drive in the direction of Wilmersdorf entering the A 100.
• Drive in the direction of Steglitz entering the A 104.
• Take the exit Breitenbachplatz.
• Turn right at the second traffic light at Breitenbachplatz.
• Turn left at the next traffic light entering the roads Englerallee - Altensteinstraße following the signposts to the Freie Universität

Freeway - from direction Hamburg/Rostock

• Driving on the freeway A 24 from direction Hamburg/Rostock.
• At the triangle Havelland you reach the Berlin ring A 10, direction Frankfurt (Oder)/Berlin.
• At the triangle Oranienburg on the freeway A 111, direction Berlin.
• Drive in the direction of Wilmersdorf entering the A 100.
• Drive in the direction of Steglitz entering the A 104.
• Take the exit Breitenbachplatz.
• Turn right at the second traffic light at Breitenbachplatz.
• Turn left at the next traffic light entering the roads Englerallee - Altensteinstraße following the signposts to the Freie Universität

With the car from southern direction:

Freeway - from direction Hannover/Magdeburg

• If traveling on the freeway A 2 from direction Hannover/Magdeburg.
• At the triangle Werder you reach the Berlin ring A 10, direction Frankfurt (Oder)/Berlin.
• At the triangle Nuthetal on the freeway A 115, direction Berlin.
• Take the exit Zehlendorf, direction Zehlendorf/Steglitz.
• Drive along the roads Potsdamer Chaussee - Potsdamer Straße - Berliner Straße - Unter den Eichen.
• Turn left to Habelschwerdter Allee (signposts to Freie Universität) and immediately turn right into Altensteinstraße.

Freeway  - from direction München/Leipzig

• Driving on the freewayA 9 from direction München/Leipzig.
• At the triangle Potsdam you reach the Berlin ring A 10, direction Frankfurt (Oder)/Berlin.
• At the triangle Nuthetal you take the freeway A 115, direction Berlin.
• Take the exit Zehlendorf in the direction of Zehlendorf/Steglitz.

• At the triangle Waltersdorf you take left the freeway A 113.
• At Buschkrugalle/Neukölln you take the freeway A100.
• At the triangle Grazer Damm/Sachsendamm/Schöneberg you take the freeway A103 / Steglitz.
• Take the exit Schloßstraße / B1 / Zehlendorf .
• Drive along the roads Schloßstraße - Unter den Eichen.
• Turn right to Kamillienstraße and turn right to Altensteinstraße.

Freeway  - from direction Dresden/Cottbus

• They come on the freeway A 13 from direction Dresden/Cottbus.
• At the Schönefelder Kreuz you take the freeway A113.
• At the triangle Waltersdorf you take left the freeway A 113.
• At Buschkrugalle/Neukölln you take the freeway A100.
• At the triangle Grazer Damm/Sachsendamm/Schöneberg you take the freeway A103 / Steglitz.
• Take the exit Schloßstraße / B1 / Zehlendorf .
• Drive along the roads Schloßstraße - Unter den Eichen.
• Turn right to Kamillienstraße and turn right to Altensteinstraße.

Journey with the train:

Hauptbahnhof

• Take the inner-city railway S7 , direction Ahrensfelde station.
